Our Access Policy
Light House Cinema aims to recognize and acknowledge people’s differences and support them with their individual needs. We support equal access and oppose all forms of unlawful or unfair discrimination.
Our building is fully wheelchair accessible with lifts located on each floor. There is a dedicated accessible toilet located on the mezzanine at -2 level, please ask a member of staff for the pass code to gain entry.
Each screen has designated wheelchair accessible seats. These are located in the front row of Screens 1, 2 and 3 and in the back row of Screen 4.
Availability of the wheelchair seats differs with every performance. Please note, due to Covid-19 restrictions the maximum capacity for those who require a wheelchair seat is one. A complimentary carer seat is provided with these seats.
To book accessible seating including wheelchair accessible seats please contact our Box Office.
Box Office telephone lines are open 2–6pm daily.
There is a Loop system in every screen. The loop system is an assistive listening device that works along with your hearing aid. The aim of the loop system is to help overcome background noise. The loop system must be activated in your hearing aid for you to be able to connect. Not all hearing aids are compatible with this system.
There is limited accessible parking available at the Queen Street Park-Rite Car Park. Please contact Park-Rite directly for more information and advance booking at www.parkrite.ie or call (01) 542 5600
For parent and baby screenings we reserve an area to park prams for the duration of the film. Our usher staff will be on hand to assist. Due to Covid-19 restrictions only groups from the same household should share the lifts.
Please let our Box Office team know if you have any special requirements and we will do our best to facilitate you.
